How Adding Your Team Actually Works

No separate subscriptions to juggle, no spreadsheet of logins — one organisation, invited in by email.

1. Start on the Recruiter plan

Sign up as normal — one login, one subscription, £25/month to begin with.

2. Invite your team by email

From Team Management, send an invite with a name, email and role — Recruiter, Hiring Manager, or Admin. They set a password and they're in.

3. The price per seat drops as you grow

Your team moves down the pricing bands below automatically — no call to renegotiate, no surprise re-pricing at the worst moment.

Team Pricing, By The Seat

Every seat is a Recruiter, Hiring Manager or Admin login on your team. The more you add, the less each one costs.

Job seekers you bring in are never counted or charged as seats — however many are in your pipeline, team pricing is only ever about your Recruiter, Hiring Manager and Admin logins.

Why Team Pricing Works This Way

You Never Pay Five Separate Bills

One organisation, one invoice — not five people each running their own subscription and hoping the data lines up.

Growing Gets Cheaper, Not More Expensive

Most tools charge more the bigger you get. Here, every seat you add pulls your whole team's rate down.

You Choose Who Sees What

Recruiter, Hiring Manager, or Admin — set per person when you invite them, changeable any time from Team Management.

Team Pricing Questions

From Team Management, click "Invite a teammate", enter their name, email and role, and send it. They get an email with a link, set a password, and they're straight into your organisation — no separate account, no re-entering anything you've already set up.

Anyone you invite to work inside your organisation — a recruiter, a hiring manager, or another admin. Each one gets their own login and their own place on the shared board. Job seekers and candidates are never a seat, however many you have — see the next question.

No — never. Whether your team is tracking dozens of job seekers or tens of thousands, none of them count towards your seat total or add anything to your bill. Team pricing is purely about the people running your desk. If you're migrating in an existing candidate database from another system, a separate one-off migration fee may apply to bring that historical data across — get in touch and we'll work out a fair number with you before anything is charged.

You'll see it right in the app before it becomes a problem — Team Management shows how many seats you're using, and trying to invite past your limit shows you the next pricing band straight away. Get in touch and we'll move you up.

No — you set it per person. Recruiters run candidates through jobs day to day; Hiring Managers get a narrower, review-focused view; Admins can also manage the team itself, including who else has admin access.

Then you're already covered by the standard Recruiter plan on our Plans & Pricing page — this page is for when you're ready to bring the rest of your team in with you.

One Shared Board, Not Five Separate Logins

Every teammate you invite works from the same candidate pipeline, the same client list, the same status board — built on the same duplicate-detection engine described in Dennis Nowland's UK patent filing.
