Can I cancel any time, and how?
Yes, and you do it in PayPal rather than here. Every paid plan is a PayPal subscription, so it is yours to end from your own PayPal account — there is no retention flow to sit through and nobody to email, because we are not the ones holding it. Cancelling stops the billing at the end of the period you have already paid for. Your account is not closed and nothing you created is deleted — the paid features simply stop.
Is there really a free trial, or is it a card-capture?
It is a free account, not a card you hope to cancel in time. You register, you use the whole product for fourteen days, and you hand over no card at any point — there is nothing on file to charge and nothing to cancel. Subscribing is a separate decision you make at the end of it, or not at all: on day fifteen the account simply becomes Free and everything you built stays in it.
What happens on day fifteen?
Your account becomes Free. Nothing is deleted and nothing is hidden — the CVs you uploaded, the applications you tracked and the report you built are all still there. What stops is the paid engine: no new tailored CVs or cover letters, two job analyses a month instead of as many as you like. Subscribe whenever you want it back, on the same account, and everything picks up where it left off. There is no card on file, so there is nothing to cancel and no payment to stop.
If I stop paying, do I lose my data?
No. Your account stays, your records stay, and nothing is deleted — the paid features stop and that is all that changes. Separately, and whether you are staying or leaving, the account owner can export the whole organisation from inside the product: one CSV per table, a manifest recording exactly what was written, and every document in its original file. Not a support ticket, and not a favour.
Can I switch plans without starting again?
Yes. Upgrading or moving between plans keeps the same account and the same data — nothing is re-entered and nothing is re-uploaded.
What is different about the Recruiter plan?
It is the other side of the product rather than a bigger version of the same one. Candidate records, jobs, applications, shift booking and availability, per-client document requirements and team access — the workflows an agency desk runs on, none of which a jobseeker plan has any use for. If you are hiring rather than applying, this is the one.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. It is a recruitment application, not a development tool. If you can use a job board and a spreadsheet, you can use this — and the demo account lets you find out for certain before you spend anything.
Which currency am I charged in?
Pounds sterling or US dollars. The dollar prices are a genuine second price rather than a converted figure, charged in dollars end to end, and the switch above the plans only appears when every tier really is purchasable in that currency.
Is my data secure?
Card details never reach us. PayPal takes the payment and tells us only that a subscription is active, so there is nothing here to lose. Everything else is served over HTTPS, and the data itself stays yours: the account owner can export every record as a CSV and every CV as its original file, in one zip, from Settings at any time — and take it elsewhere if you decide to.
